YES! I've seen a lot of this! Backgrounds not matching accordingly, NPCs not matching too, a lot of synchronizing needs to be done! But I guess staff doesn't view it as priority atm. I would suggest to assign a project manager for synchronizing this kind of stuff if possible, just like Rigaudon...

Maybe there will be an event some time in the future where IVs get boosted... ;) But its more healthy for the game to have the IVs as they are now, also over a year a lot of the 28+ IV pokemon will be gone soooo everything will even out over time...

I 100% agree with Merse here. I used to support you guys for the hard work, keeping the game alive, doing what you can with all the limitations the client granted. Doing what is best for the game...but chasing away Shane even Bis (in such an immature way) was not needed AND was not in the best...

Given recent events I'd forget about everything battle wise. What current staff are capable of doing is Spawn Change Project, NEW Playerdex, Making Events, and Adding Few Things Here And There. That is the ceiling, sadly. AND FIX THIS SMILEY I WANT TO EXPRESS MY ANGER! >:(

Meh I gotta stop caring so much. Anyways, I like how this Block 4 was revamped. Voted happy for everything. I will continue to exploit these areas, and looking forward to more blocks updated soon.
