lol i need to get my fishing up to 50 too, hopefully i will get the horsea scale around the time i hit 50, 36 now =[

If you get the scale first, you can just continue fishing. You don't realyl need to finish the quest, its a option. Just to keep us busy so the staff can take over the real world!

at least it wasnt a dratini skin. pretty sure my computer wouldn be functional anymore if it was

Nope havent got the skin but he should tell you something to do next when you bring him the skin.
