yes., both the same., but now, it's all fixed.. i did reformat my desktop. that's the only way i know to fix it.. and it's working fine now

i got a problem with my client., if i am going to play at my laptop, that game is working fine, but when i play using my desktop PC, the game is always on blackscreen, i wonder what is the problem with my pc that's why im asking it here.. i already tried, refresh,reload,restart-game, restart PC...

...usually it means that the server is full. ...or maybe the server is just not letting some players in for whatever reason. if you saw the X at the upper right.., click it and the loading message will be closed and you will going to see the chat box., in there you will be able to see...

...it happens oftentimes after you got disconnected or quit from game, due to lag and delays it happens that your account is still in game although your client is closed..., the second time you log in or/after how many seconds or a minute, you can log in again in game.
