how to enter in cerulean cave

u have to the geralds quest, gerald is at mt silver. so u need all 16 badges.

u will also need 400k and surfboard

do i need the dragon scale? if i need it i lost my dragon scale for nothing when i click to seadra and say no my dragon scale is gone but 400k?what for? thanks..

Yeah you need a dragon scale too.

The 400k is part of the quest ,you need to pay them to that old man at mtsilver to go further

yeah u will need the dragon scale u only get 1, but u can always kill horsea for a dragon scale,

you can get dragon scale from seadra... but i don't know with Horsea....,

Horseas and Seadras drop them.

Seadras apparently have a higher drop rate, though.

The 400k you use at pewter city. Technically not at Mt. Silver. All though it is for the quest, it is not used at that location. It is spent on a gem in pewter City museum. Which you take to the guy on route 28, aka Mt Silver. You also will have to go to the ruins of alph when the guy requests you do so. So You need a report from there as well.
