Can't Play :(

I have problem. When I try to logg in it says: "System: Conection refused. You're already logged in on another Server!" and I can't do nothing with that. ...it happens oftentimes after you got disconnected or quit from game, due to lag and delays it happens that your account is still in game although your client is closed...,

the second time you log in or/after how many seconds or a minute, you can log in again in game.

yes..somewhat sorta like that.., also you can check at the main site if the server is down or up..,
