It was announced in the official topic as a warning, so it was reasonably assumed that staff were already aware. ;P

Although there's no excuse for the evo stone thing.

If its currently removing it then no,
Nobody has made me aware of this problem so.. might talk to teck about this.

I was also not aware of this, however was aware of tm's being used up on a legal pokemon then the user declining to teach the pokemon the move.
