I'm abstaining from all voting this year, for several reasons. The main one being honestly, I don't have any picks in mind for the majority of categories anyway - I've not been as observant of the community as I would have liked to have been this year, due to both business commitments and an inability to get PWO to load correctly in many attempts this year - and it would betray my practice of remaining neutral if I were to make ill-thought-out nominations on flimsy reasoning. In addition, I find these awards to be fairly pointless anyway as they are never really acknowledged past the final winner's announcement post; or if they are, it's usually by the more braggadocio members of our community. Though I do see the fun in the more random awards here.

Staff - As a Staff member who has been around for the entire year of 2013. This is the easy section.
Best Admin: Bluerise wins this by an entire lap. Teck gave a bunch of cool things, so its close. But I can easily say Blue is better than Teck.
Best Dev: ThuGie - Autorestart and further server stability. AGAIN. makes the 2011 version of this server look like dirt. (It still is, but ohso much better. Like luxury dirt you buy at the plant farm, instead of the dirt pile next to an outside toilet...)
Best GM: ArcticSun - Vanished a little over the past few weeks, but is consistently on the scene, in the shadows, watching everyone. Also helped train 2 current GM's.
Best GE: In the time he's been here, Luminance has been the spine of anything that has happened ingame since September.
Best CG: Creobis - Does do what do does.
