I haven't been as feet-sunk into the community this year, compared to past years, so I will be more selective and omissive on many categories - I'm mostly insightless to many of them, so I will leave some blank instead of taking a shot in the dark.

Smartest: It's hard to evaluate someone's smartness/intelligence on any all-encompassing criteria - due to one's prior knowledge, environmental influence, and so forth, it's hard to evaluate them on equal footing - so I will once again call pass on this category.

Best Debater: EcoWOLFrb - I have seen few debaters with his tenacity, well-thought-out rationale, and logically-sound approach to debates.

Most Talkative: CheckeredZebra - Nominating her once again. There is always a noticeable disparity in the chat's activity, be it on IRC or the in-game chat, before/after she's present in the channel.
Most Trustworthy:
Most Helpful (staff members/apprentices do not count for this category): Nominating Professor.Oak once again. Even if his activity isn't as immersive in PWO anymore, he's still been an asset for live help and wiki contributions earlier this year - I'm looking to make my ballot reflective in the sense that it encompasses this year, not just the recent times (which are easily more fresh into many's minds).
Most Potential (trainer who looks promising to make their mark):
Most Missed (who parted from PWO this year but hasn't returned): Cora/Slicky
Most Influential: Lady Teck - From the developmental/content-oriented updates to community interactions (she's been resourceful in fostering a staff-player bridge, from what I've seen), she has been effective at reshaping PWO into a more dynamic, community-involved atmosphere, doing so not long after a time when much of the progress has stagnated (or was inapparent, depending on what was ready to come to fruition).

Staff
Best Admin: Tecknician-Bluerise tie. While Bluerise (honorable mention) was usually a shoes-in frontrunner for this category, in past-year ballots of mine, Tecknician has been no less impactful this year IMO. Both consistently show unwavering, unfaltering dedication; both have been instrumental in fostering staff-communication relations (which Admins do effectively, as they are considered head-level staff members); and - despite their self-disclaimers that they are not full-fledged DEVs - much of the developmental work, that came to the point of fruition, has been delivered by them.
Best Dev: Pass on this, as most of the developmental work has been behind-the-scenes; and from what I hear, both of the DEVs (Hardcoreh and ThuGie, thereof) have been working diligently when they have been available.
Best GM: Chocobo7 - one of the few comparatively long-tenured GMs who has held fortitude/traction with the team, compared to many that have stepped down this year, despite how wearisome of a morale one can easily grow into in the role.
Best GE: Pass on this for now. IMO, all of the incorporated GE divisions should be subcategorized into their own groups, since different divisional ranks entail completely incomparable roles; it feels like an apples-oranges comparison, only with more dimensions in this case.
Best CG: Also calling pass on this for now. I have been mostly inattentive to the community, as well as community-oriented staff members, so it is hard for me to judge who is more effective in the current vogue of CGs (aren't there only two-three anyway?).
Best IRC Staff: There are active IRC Staff members? People use IRC?
Most Professional Staff: ArcticSun - Granted, his activity mostly pertains to Community Watch, and his interactional activities may not branch out to other angles of the community, but he deals with the brunt of the community - where one's professionalism, patience, and mentality are really put to the test. GMs may not be on the front-line of the community, but their professionalism and demeanor are oriented to where it's easiest to have slip-ups in those traits; and I've rarely seen any semblance of a substandard attitude, when replying to ban appeals, from him.
Most Friendly Staff: Luminance - Always approachable, interactive, and amicable.
Most Dedicated Staff: Bluerise - Even as he's more time-constrained this year, compared to previous years of his tenure, he always cements time for PWO in his daily routine.
Most Honorable Former Staff: crenel - He's been impactful enough in his heyday that I'd hope there wouldn't be another applicable nominee, in the years moving forward, that would compare to the gumption he brought to the table.

I will edit this ballot for more empty-category fill-ins later, as I jog my memory more on the community and staff within the past year. These are simply categories that I'm more dead-set on for now.
