First of all, you guys need Shane more than you can comprehend. I have been with this project since pretty much the first beta, and I have seen what it has become, over all these many years. I remember when Kyro left, and I remember how the project continued on. The people helping to run this project are strong, and are a team now better than ever before. You all have played a part in this, staff or not, but without Shane we would not be where we are now. Without Shane this project would have fallen through long ago. No-one is at fault here except Bluerise. Shane was above you Blue, like it or not, and what you did, you had no right to. Even if Shane doesn't come back, I think it is absolutely important that Blurerise apologises to Shane for not just going directly against the actions of one of the highest people in the project, but for not communicating and isolating Shane. Like it or not, you aren't top dog, Bluerise. This went way beyond your control from the beginning, and you stepped about as far out of line as you could have, given the situation.
I'm not sure there's much of a project to come back to, after this. Thanks guys.
