It's that time of the year again, Trainers!

The time when the veil between the living and the spirit realm is at its thinnest, and Ghosts float freely among you all. This year, though, the thinning veil seems to have caused a rather unusual event. A mysterious location has somehow materialized in your world. It… sort of resembles Pallet Town and part of Route 21, but kind of… otherworldly. Dark, full of graves…

Not to worry, though! Strange, illusionary worlds that look like real-world locations are something of a familiarity to me. In fact, my own mansion is… ack, I'm going off-topic! Anyway, it would appear this new world is perfectly safe for all Trainers to visit, if you think you can handle the spookiness! In fact, it seems the unusual land has attracted a fair few Pokémon that would normally never be found in the usual Route 21…

I have been told there is a mysterious NPC in Pallet Town who is guiding people to this strange new land. We're not sure who he is, or how he got there, but he appears to mean no harm. So please, have fun hunting and exploring this unusual land while it still exists!

The Realms have drifted apart, the mysterious guide has disappeared, and this strange land is no more. But, what was it in the first place? An alternate reality? Or an ominous glimpse into a dark and horrific future? For now, the mystery remains unsolved…
Thanks to everyone who took part!

Thanks, the swarm is amazing!

Tier 1: Pochiena, Tangela, Gastly
Tier 2: Shinx, Mr.Mime, Seviper
Tier 3: Venipede, Stunky
Tier 4: Gothika, Scraggy
Tier 5: Spiritomb

They told me there has been an update right after the launch of the swarm, for

Stunky to hold Skorupi Eggs.

Note: They seem invisible but when taken they are listed in backpack.

There was a brief glitch where the eggs were not appearing in the inventory or Playerdex. This was due to the eggs being incorrectly given the wrong item classification in our database, which has now been corrected.

We've additionally become aware that several of the new swarm Pokémon currently lack move sets — I'll be working on these and several other Pokémon tomorrow, once I've got some sleep. xD

After talking with @Sushikraver
Here's a compilation of my tests for the new released pokémons.
Hope it can help at some aspect.

I'd like to add that i'm not talking about moveset from natural level-up mechanics or by TMs.
It's about from Egg and Tutor moves instead.

543.png
Venipede

bug.gif
Pin Missile : It does not appear listed as a possible move for Venipede to learn from breeding.

I. Learns from breeding with Beedrill, Spinarak / Ariados, Heracross, Skorupi / Drapion.
II. Also partners that previously learned from breeding (aka. breed-chain) as Venipede and evos, Pineco / Forretress, Joltik / Galvantula.

Toxic Spikes, Twineedle, Spikes works fine with all partners as it should.
P1ryyCd.png

So apparently we could think it's a problem with the move itself, but another pkm as Pineco can learn it by breeding just fine.

545.png
Scolipede

Doesn't recognize any other pkms as compatible, the same partners above. Not even pre-evos.

When you try to breed opposite gender Scolipedes (same species), even if one of them previously learned the moves (when it was venipede) it doesn't seem to recognize that the moves his partner already have are avaliable egg-moves.

But tutor moves like
water.gif
Aqua Tail can be learned from Sevii Tutor just fine.

Note: In Generation 5, Scolipede has Quick Feet as its hidden ability. (source)
The mentioned ability is not avaliable through Playerdex.

574.png
Gothita

I. It learns
dark.gif
Dark Pulse as it should by breeding. Hoo-ray!

II. Can't learn Trick even listed by Tutor as a compatible pkm.

559.png
Scraggy

I. It learns all the egg-moves as it should by breeding.
A 'plus' is that if you have a Dragon Dance Nidoking, you can also teach it to Scraggy because they are from the same egg-group (Field).

II. It learn Drain Punch from tutor as well.

434.png
Stunky

It learns all the egg-moves as it should by breeding.
Do not lack movesets, seems everything is correct, also all abilities.

Tutor Moves are controlled by the NPC, so we'll need one of the GEs or CGs to review the NPC script and see why the moves aren't available.
As for Egg Moves, they're controlled by a system that's separate from the main move set table, and which I still haven't managed to grasp xD — so I'll have to ask someone with more familiarity with that system to review. (@LunaticJames maybe?)
