You can request a reminder on playerdex. If that still doesn't help you, nothing else can be done.

My friend cant log in his account. and then his email account has been deactivated.
So Can he still revive his account on the other email address??

He needs to reactive his email in order to recover his account otherwise there's nothing to do about.
