TM issue

Loudred is supposed to learn Flamethrower by TM35 but it's not happening. :-X
I would appreciate if any staff member could take a look on this issue.

Well, I'm trying to be a good shiny collector...
My first objective is to get all shiny 'commons' and after... well, after I don't know.
I don't have so many ones as few other players but I'll take much more time and effort in this game.
