Surfboard glitch

I was crossing the route 12 while I came across me with a glitch. I'm happy that ThuGie fixed the surfboard glitch but always when I type /ref on the bridge my surfboard is activated.

so that is causing the bug
I noticed that i was surfing after a battle with those bridge NPCs
and I don't even have a surfboard :S

I just checked, and it also works with refreshing
