We have actually removed it's evolve form from the database. It's literally not possible anymore.

I know, I got one, but the fact now actually is that is rarer then S dragonites (almost).
me and a friend that has one too,asked Lee and he checked for us, there was currently only 5 players acctive with s sneasel including me, and two of us me and peace-enforcer have 4 for the 7 s sneasels ingame. so it's a real shiny HR despite the fact it was rare back then. =D
Now I reaally want weavil evolution item! hehe bad tech gimme evo item naow!!!
