Hey what programming language is used to create the server/client. Maybe i could help.

Belated answer of mine, but C++ is used for the server, and a hybridization of visual basic/directx is used for the client.

I'm not trying to sway any possible applicant's decision away from submitting an application, but I should note that the recruitment system for developers is not very fluid at this time, as certain members of the administration are required to review and evaluate an application before they can be granted the complete server access needed. Due to the inactivity of some required staff members, it can be a lengthy process for applicants to receive any feedback, just as a heads up.
