Quest Problem [Undoable]

So here's the problem. I gave to a random guy the mareep of the quest for Thunderbolt or released it ( can't remember properly ) and now i can't do it anymore. I've done the quest (reach ampharos with max hapiness) with other mareep but the NPC clearly says : "that is not the pokemon i gave you"
And it's a shame i can't get Thunderbolt like forever.
Someone can help me?

I will be moving this to player section. I see no reason why is this in CW? Hopefully someone from scripting crew will look at the issue.

May I ask why would you release/trade a quest Pokemon?

If you released it for a mistake would be easier to solve your problem. Search it at your released pokémon on Playerdex and (if you have luck) post its ID on Community Watch in order to a GM return it to you.
