Shadow Ball supposed to lower Opponent SPDEF only, not SPEED, I hope this bug could be fixed ASAP

Agility currently increases spd in 100%, and minimum of spd for Metagross at level 99 is 143, then if that is a level 99 Metagross there's something wrong once after using agility spd should be at least 286. D:

Oh i see. As i expected the speed stats is weird. Haha. Ok. Hope Pwo staff will fix that.

i think there is a bug relating sp def and spd stat. Several times when my tenta fights a kingdra i start off with acid spray that reduces sp def. then most kingdra users use agility, only their spd doesnt increase. Lets say i use acid spray on a 203 spd kingdra. its sp def decreases to some number. then that kingdra uses agility. usually the spd will increase to 406, instead, it says "Kingdras spd is now 203". no change, yet sp def change remains. (i know because couple of sludge waves kill it from there). unfortunately i dont have any screenshots of this, but it has happened a few times of recent.
