How i change my name on playerdex?

I dont now why, but at moment in playerdex and in game, my name are numbers and no Armando_Martins10.

the _ is no longer a valid sign, I got a message to change my name when I first logged in on the playerdex
I guess you have to buy a "Name Pass" from the playerdex mart for 250 tokens

go to: Playerdex -> PokéMart -> Token Seller: Items -> Name Pass
