Yello there.
The staff would like to apologise for the recent issues for membership & tokens. It was myself and Jinji dealing with the issues between us however due to a recent turn of events Jinji will be away for a few days (more info here). I've also started back at Uni which will also have an effect on dealing with the issues, while also attempting to work on several updates.
Starting from tomorrow, I plan on making a start going though the membership issues. For those of you, who have been waiting for a few days - i'll see about adding the number of days you've been waiting (since posted) to the included time however this isn't a guarantee.
Once again we're sorry for the on-going issues and hopefully over the next few days we can reduce the number of unresolved issues.
Also a tip for those who want to report an issue with getting ms/tokens, include a screenshot of the receipt the first time otherwise you're just going to be waiting longer.
