Hello! I Have bought membership of 28 numbers and till now to me it didn't activate (((I sent Screens. I am very upset. Who and how to me will compensate these days? Or again to wait? If doesn't work and didn't work, so it was necessary to disconnect this function! It turns out that it is not my fault and I should suffer (on any not I 1) Allocate not a lot of your time and rectify an error! How many time I wrote to you? Why not who can't on normal answer me? In game who to me of that can tell, some at all don't answer! Will solve a problem! How many it is possible to Wait?

Played for a long time in another online game, there an error was similar

This, they quickly all have corrected, thus gave all an excellent material game bonus who paid. You such impression that at all don't undertake that, don't answer messages. And after all ask from you not much. Who that goes with membership connected and many wait!

Give me that that in game in replacements and I will wait yet don't connect!

why expired!?

i waited 2 month to get my tokens.

Hello! I think still to make payment on 9$ it will help to accelerate process of reception Tokens? Not me one already interests when we will receive their request to inform here, having answered. Simply some wait for 8 days I week who of those 5 days us not much but we wait. Who what that has received in the image that before us, therefore as interests by what criteria look... We waste time... Thanks from us for auscultation

You're wasting staff's time by constantly making posts that staff can't even understand. If you're simply going to keep making posts like this, myself and the other staff will simply refuse to look at the tracker issue.

Lulon he just told you to stop... you dont realise Bluerise has loads of other token problems so just wait for now.

hello xd. Bluerise is resolving membership & token issues via the tracker number ID. Bumping your thread will only make your case longer to resolve. The quickest way is to have patience. to make a summary and to give you an example, from page 1 to page 15, bluerise will start to cover from page fifteen. so if you are at page 9 and you commented or bumped on it, it automatically gets bumped to page 1. This is my understanding to how this works and please do correct me if im wrong.

Yesterday while sat played has counted in a chat nearby 10 persons who has not received till now the Token, they write in a chat instead of who did not answer them.... We have talked yesterday and have solved that you are obliged to us to inform officially when we will receive the Token and to apologise for long idle time. The request to notice that any more I of ONE it ask!

But Bluerise, if you dont mind me asking, how exactly do you go about the tracker? I mean, do you go by page numbers, report ids, time of post, etc.? I'll look around in case I missed something, but I didnt see an answer to my question anywheres, except a few maybe and guesses. Would really like some clarity on the situation. If bumping the topic is making it so that its gonna take longer to get a reply, I think it should be somewhere visible when using the tracker. Also, I seen your signature. While I respect the fact that you dont want your pms spammed with membership and token issues, and since the tracker is the more convenient and probably easiest way to keep it in order, I think it might be easier to make a sticky topic in the tracker stating what you can and cant do. I mean, not everyone uses the forums, unless they have a problem. Some people might overlook, or just plain not see your signature in the process of pming you about the issue. A sticky showing them that they post a topic in the right section, not to bump it because that'll make it take longer(hypothetically. Waiting on an answer), dont pm staff about your membership and token issues, it will be ignored, etc. I think it will at least stop some confusion. Well, at least the ones who can and do actually read topics. That way it will solve some people problems without the need to guess and bump everyday thinking that maybe they are being overlooked. And, everyone else, you know the people who dont read stickies, could be easily sent to review the topic.



Also, just had a thought lol. Maybe instead of a sticky topic, which sometimes can be overlooked as well, make it so when you press to go to the tracker, a page pops up showing what you can and cant do. Put somewhere on there that they will be ignored or the post will be deleted if they post about their tracker issue anywhere but the tracker. That way, you know the people who are gonna read it know whats they can and cant do, and you also have something to send the people who dont read. Just a thought.



Well, I think I got everything I wanted to know and a few ideas for you guys to think about to make using the tracker a little bit easier.



Edit: I made a little something that would fit this exact need. Im no pro by a long shot, but it should fit for exactly what would be needed. If you would like, I could post it somewhere for you to see.

Back to front, once I come across a page full of them - I usually tend to open 8 at a time. Usually then a check would be done for duplicate reports etc. Bumping doesn't help.

While that would be somewhat welcome, it's not possible - the tracker doesn't allow an issue to be pinned and the majority of pms are usually due to people ignoring the advice to go onto the tracker so it's not like they would notice it anyway.

You're not asking me to apologise? You're kidding right. You don't deserve one, there are people who have actually managed to wait for a lot longer than you without complaining and yet here you are. Don't you learn? I've said in the past up to a week for tokens, I can't give an estimate since things happen, sometimes they're unexpected - sometimes they're not. Sometimes they take longer than you originally thought they would.
