The issue might have been fixed - would advise you to check if you still have the issue.

Hello, im trying to acces to the playerdex with my account and when i try to go to the pokemon menu I get logged off :/

If you're logged into Chrome (the browser itself) - if you are, try running while not logged in
Advanced Settings: Content Settings > Cookies / JavaScript
Check if 'Allow local data to be set' is selected
Check if 'Block third-party cookies and site data' is unchecked
Check if JavaScript is allowed to run

I already did this, but the issue still persist. I try to use Internet explore and Opera, and also my Ipad I have no good results :/

Hello, this issue has been very annoying. So I decided to come on to the forums for a way to fix it. I use Internet Explorer, so your steps to fix it wouldn't help at the moment. If you can think of any way to help me I would love to try to figure this out. Thank you for your time

I'm no different, I'm having the same problems.
I'm using Chrome Version 23.0.1271.97 m, I had been previously been logged in to chrome, then I tried logging out, and clearing all my browser data from the past week (before I joined): Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Empty the cache, Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data, Clear saved passwords, Clear saved Autofill form data, Clear data from hosted apps, Deauthorize content licenses. I then went to the playerdex and logged in. I clicked on "My Profile" (which I had been unable to access), and it said "Profile error: The profile you tried to view is currently unavailable. If you are logged into the Playerdex, report this profile via the Bug Catcher." And so I logged in and clicked on Bug Catcher and it said "User Not Logged In: We are not registering you as being logged into Playerdex. You must be logged in to access the requested resource." I then clicked on forum in the upper right side, and it said I was logged in, so I thought it had worked, but when I went back, I got the same error messages. I went back to the forum, found this page, and now here I am. Please Help!
