Playerdex Log Out issue

Hello there.

If you have any issues with Chrome and the Playerdex, it would be helpful if you could check the following in your Settings.

  • If you're logged into Chrome (the browser itself) - if you are, try running while not logged in
  • Advanced Settings: Content Settings > Cookies / JavaScript
    • Check if 'Allow local data to be set' is selected
    • Check if 'Block third-party cookies and site data' is unchecked
    • Check if JavaScript is allowed to run
If you still have the issue, provide the following info as a reply to this topic:
  • Your OS
  • Your AV software package
  • Your Chrome version
  • Your account name
  • A screenshot of your cookie settings
  • A screenshot of your Playerdex cookies
To get a screenshot of your Playerdex cookies:
  • Click on 'All cookies and site data'
  • Type 'Playerdex' in the search box
  • Click on playerdex.pokemon-world-online.net
  • Screenshot the cookies that show
If you are unable to follow these steps or use a different browser - reply to this topic with the browser version.

I've been logged out numerous times, and have been using the native browser on my Blackberry. Not sure what info i can provide here (i dont even know what "AV software" is), but my account name is sparhawk. Please PM me if you need more info.

AV Software probably wouldn't effect you considering you're using a Blackberry.

Check over your browser settings and see if cookies are disabled, though if you need any further help - i'll need to know the Blackberry version you're using.

lol, no worries, I'm not looking for tech support, just wanted to let you know. Cookies are indeed enabled, software version's 6.0 and it's a Torch. Again, just fyi. :)

This topic doesn't relate to Paypal issues.

I never thought to think about logout issues. I usually keep myself logged in and never log out, usually though the cookie session expires after a short time and I have to re-log in.

Cookie is enabled, but I not download client
When I press "Download Client" or other links, page reload and entering the home page and logout.
I'm used Opera 12.00 and Chrome 17.0

Sorry my English is very bad...

That's not an issue.

Need more information, as contained in the first post. I can say for sure that the issue shouldn't exist in Opera 12.00.

@ShastRUS - You're not giving me the information I want though, how am I expected to get closer into looking into the problem if people won't give the information I require?

Windows 7
I use Microsoft Security essentials.
I believe its the most recent Chrome version

Regardless of what browser I use the problem still persists. I've tried IE but to no avail.

Hmm, I think it's a case of i'll need to try a number of things and look over your account.
It might be best for us to look into it when you have some time available, over in the IRC.

Hi, I am having problems logging into the playerdex. Every time I log in to it if I click on anything it takes me back to the log in screen again. My browser version for Google Chrome is Version21.0.1180.89 m
