Hey there.
Last night, I started handing out a website link that was supposed to act as a temporary fix for password resets. However it came to my attention that many of the people who were making requests via the following site didn't actually have a password set in the game database. I was also at the time talking to these people and they stated that they did a reset via the Playerdex. After some checking I found that the Playerdex was no longer resetting passwords.
So I have just gone ahead and made some changes to the password resetter. The Playerdex will no longer try sending an email request and should now be resetting passwords. Anyone who has requested a reset over the last few days, will need to do so again.
You also need to follow the link provided after you reset your password. This will act as an external email verifier for myself. Please note that for those who do use that link, I am sending them out myself, I can't sit around and send an email the instant you confirm your email - so for anyone who is considering complaining, I would rethink things through as I'm tired of it and I'm sure the other staff are.
