Password Reset Temp Fix

i was having an error as well but its best not to post your email on an open forum

that being said is the issue captha related becuase there are no 1's 0's or spaces in it, its all caps and numbers

0cool: Do the whole captcha in caps, that's is, replace 1 and 0 with I AND O

Is the password reset function down again? I tried a couple days ago and it says "if you do not receive an email we have reached our email cap try again later" -- or something along those lines, but I have tried essentially once every 24 hours since then and have yet to receive the reset password via email, I don't want to keep putting requests in if I only need to once and wait.



Any idea if it's down again or whether I should keep requesting, or just once and wait?

The reset system has been working, the only reason should it not send out an email is if the details are wrong or the caps is reached. At the moment, the cap has been getting reached within around 7 hours from it being reset.

well thank you for being so dedicated. it may not mean much but i notice how much work you put into the game. there have been alot of improvements since i started playing
