Lots of molten feathers

I just saw i got 101 molten feathers in my bag

is this a bug? or its normal

cuz last time i saw a player got 999 motlen feathers and he got banned i think

I have 999 Molten Feathres in my account, dunno how i got so many , i think there's a bug in the quest.
