I'm reporting an issue with Collector Bruce in Goldenrod Department Store, as you can see in the picture.

And here when my rapidash attacks diglett I get the message ''it's completely ineffective'' even causing damage. I don't know if it's a problem but I found it weird.

The completely ineffective message is just saying the recoil was completely ineffective. Recoil was working for a while but glitched, so it's still there it's just that the recoil has been set to zero until a better solution is found.

We'll get the Collector NPC fixed asap, thanks for the report.
