Run your game as Administrator

The failure of the game to display most text is a bug caused by Windows security settings. The easiest fix is to run the game as an Administrator at least once.

how do i do that ? i have no idea xD . can anyone explain?

Right-click the PWO icon and select "Run As Administrator".
