Design:
for now, all it's ok for me..

Implementation:
Spawn Calculations - back to the old spawns.
Adding maps to the game - i'll would create a many maps to hunt pokes of TS, 4º gen and 5º gen, with a different system, like to use any punch(in event merry christmass, we had ice punch in trees..) in trees to down it, or dive in water, rock smash to break up rocks and digs to escavations....

Community:

Design:
Permanent Quest Dialogue/Plot (Ex: Battle Tower)
Temporary Quest Dialogue Plot (Ex: Weekend events, Holiday Events)
Website Management (EX: playerdex, forums)

Implementation:
Helping players during event
Reviewing ban evidences
Record Keeping (spreadsheets, meeting notes)

Community (picked four here because honestly, these sound excellent.):
Making announcements
Reviewing appeals/reports
Observing the Playerbase
Answering help posts on forums

Misc:
Doing what needs done to see the community and staff team as a whole healthier and happier than past years. If that means having an attentive ear towards what's being talked about and being willing to discuss it, or helping out a new player, or even an old player, so be it. You get the idea.
