Pictures say all, merchant says you can buy 100 at a time, though max is only 99, small bug just thought i'd point out ;D

A merchant? Which merchant? What were you buying and how many did you have in your bag at the time? It won't let you buy 100 if you have more than 900 of that item already.

oh i failed to mention that sorry, this is in blackthorn, and no i had 548 pokeballs when i attempted to purchase 100.

Even If I have 0 of determinate item NPCs sellers don't allow me to buy 100 of it, but 99 is fine.

That's always happen in any Mart. I'm in Azalea Town.
