Easy way to find HR Pokemon

I have a problem with HR Pokemon especially magmar, hitmontop and electabuzz, I never find them,
although already looking at where they are in hour to hour, day to day

I know they are very hard to find, but are you guys have any suggestions to catch them?

talking about hunting pokemons, how i can know which pokes i can catch for the day and pokes i can catch for the night ?
theres some list or something?
