Dragon's Den Requirements

Hello there. Today I completed the final requirement for DD quest, the 25 pvp wins. I had also completed the horsea skin and the dratini skin part 3 weeks before today. I also have the pokedex requirement.

The problem is, when i talk to the old NPC guarding DD entrance, he still says i need the permission of some dragon expert..

Do i need to talk to any NPC before entering dragon den? because if not, im afraid the game didnt save my horsea skin or dratini skin for some reason.

Would like to know if I have or have not to talk to some dragon expert before entering dragon den.. I apologise for my english =)

[glow=red]After completion of all the tasks, you will need to talk to a NPC at the Dragon Club to receive your Dragon Club Member Card, its name is Club Manager if I'm not wrong. Then you're allowed to access to the Dragon's Den, in addition to Dragon Club membership status. I think this is the issue.[/glow]
