There are pokemons about level 47-50 at the 5th floor of Mt Silver. It's the map that contains the strongers pokemons.

However, in DD you gain less XP for the reason that common Pokémon found in it are in their first form that the less XP. I consider Mt.Silver 5f as the best place to evolve Pokemon.

Yea.. But the guy who asked just wanted to know if there are pokemon that are in the wild lvl 50+.
