I tried to get into the game after following the steps of problem solving but not getting success
I think that one of these four files is the big problem
because the final part of the solution written in cmd link folders in 4 files
and only got 3 tabs that problems were solved
I will do more research on another file and see if I can solve the problem
however if you or anyone else can answer me play

You used the 32-bits solution, are you sure your Windows is a 32-bits operating system and not 64-bits?

Check your Windows architecture from:

1. Open 'Computer' either on your desktop or from start menu.
2. click on 'System properties' which can be found on the top bar of the window.
3. Next to 'System type' you can find either '32-bit Operating system' or '64-bit Operating system'.

If you have the 64-bits version, you will need to do the following:

1. Copy the four files (MSINET.OCX, MSWINSCK.OCX, dx8vb.dll, and RICHTX32.OCX) from your PWO directory (the directory where you installed PWO) to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
2. Go to start menu > search for cmd > right click on it > click on 'Run as Administrator' then enter the following commands:

   cd C:\Windows\SysWOW64
   regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSINET.OCX
   regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSWINSCK.OCX

All I can see from those SS is that there is a problem in dx3dof.dll, which is part of your DirectX, I would recommend you to re-install the latest version of DirectX and try again.

Okay, have you tried to re-install your DirectX?

One of the main files for DirectX seems to be corrupted (not the game's files), which is dx3dof.dll, I would recommend re-installing DirectX before we proceed with other techniques.

I hope this get fixed soon.

Well, you can use this link and choose the package for the operating system you have (I think Windows 7).

It's also recommended to use this package as well, to keep your DirectX updated.
