Hello there.
Sorry to put a downer on things however due to amount of people being banned due to one bug I felt it needed to be said. They being banned due to fact they decided to gain from it rather than report it so it can resolved and left to do no harm while acting like they still care for the game itself.
If you currently have items duplicating in your bagpack, you need to report them on the forums - either via pms, topic or an issue on the tracker.
We will not be unbanning anyone who is banned due to this bug. This is your warning, report it or get banned.

Just a small update, I hope to have guild leadership transfer up later today.
On a similar note, if people are found to be obtaining Pokemon they should not from any kind of glitch and error they must likewise report the bug on forums or to a member of staff. Failure to do so will result in the termination of their player accounts. Selling Pokemon obtained this way will similarly result in a ban. When buying Pokemon from other trainers or in the auction house, be careful because any Pokemon found to have been obtained from a bug/exploit will be removed even if you were not the original person exploiting the bug. For Pokemon removed like this, if possible we can try and reverse the trade if Pokemon were traded for it but only if you have proof of the trade. This stance may seem harsh but we cannot allow these Pokemon to remain in the game.
