I never saw anything like that before...
The strangest thing is that although my Froslass gains XP normally, at the same time the total amount of XP needed changes too. So if I had 2000/-50000 and I gain 2000 more, it changes to 4000/-52000...

Its a glitch and all froslass's caught are like that, mine included.

Not just frosslass, it's all 4th gen Pokemon.

To expand on to what others have said, I believe all 4th generation Pokemon have experience base values of 0 in the database; since it lacks a huge determinant of its leveling chart, they require less experience to level up than they should, and without the client retrieving the proper experience base value, I believe it causes the experience requirement to be displayed unproportionally to what its real experience requirement should be (thus, causing the required experience to appear negative).

You not a experience player yet, so you don't know every 4th Pokemon have needful exp glitch, just train.

Froslass was my first Gen4 Poke, obviously I didn't meed this bug so far.

You just turned "I might work on something tonight" into "I'm going to add more cotent into the game in one night than what has been added in a year".
