Whirl Islands Quest

Hi everyone,

Im searching for the Dragons Scale atm. Because I am struggeling to find it in Vermillion City, somebody told me that you can achieve a Scale with the Whirl Islands Quest.

Now I did the Quest a while ago, but I dont have a Dragons Scale.

Is there a new reward or its just an Error?

If you completed the quest you must have used your dragon scale already. There are two uses for the Dragon Scale, one is to evolve your seadra, the other is for the Cerulean Cave quest. If you have done either, that is where the dragon scale from the quest went, and you need to keep hunting for another.
