Where to get rid of junk items?

I have been looking around for the past few weeks and can't seem to find where to get rid of junk items. There were npcs in saffron but those got removed and replaced with one that only removed excess Water Lab Keys. I have 82 tomato sandwiches,46 scientific papers 76 rose petals and a flower seed that appeared there a few weeks ago my attack scroll also duplicated itself when these appeared. I want to get rid of these since i don't like having unwanted items in my pack if anyone knows exactly where to do it.tnks
