imo, i wouldn't call a poke "uber" unless it has 4 out of 6 stats with 25+ iv's. Epic would be 5-6 stats with 27+ iv's.
Some people consider uber stats 25+ iv's, some 27+ iv's. It all depends on who you speak to in that case. Experienced people tend to find little use with pokes that hold less than 27 ivs in important stats.
