Updating The Tutorial Island

So, While walking around on my new character, I noticed several outdated bits of information about the game. It may lead some new players to be confused about what they have to do, to do certain things, just saying

In addition to making corrective updates to outdated information on the island (may help to point out specific outdates, for them to be dispatched faster), it may also be a constructive point of discussion to augment the area as well (new information to provide, revisions to be made, and so forth)—I do not believe it has been retouched or re-examined in years.

On the topic of the starter island, I also suggest you force people to talk to all of the tutorial npcs. Yes this would limit the exploration aspect, but it would also force them to actually learn about the game and reduce questions that are explained in it. Maybe like a linear line of npcs that eventually opens up into the town?
