What I think is that they should remove battles for turns to make something like Digimon Rumble arena (ps1) with better grapics ofcourse...

I've seen this picture before; and sorry to say but I'm pretty sure it ISN'T a screenshot for any official Pokémon game. If memory recalls, it was a fan-made concept art for what a console-based RPG using modern technology could become. That's not to say this COULDN'T happen - who knows what Nintendo might be planning for Generation 7, if indeed there are any plans yet at all? But I'd take this with a whole lot of salt for now.

Kekeh! Seems I was wrong, but I'm happy to be corrected.

Given the name of the game and the style implied, sounds like this is basically Tekken with Pokémon characters replacing the usual fighters. Only confirmed for a Japanese Arcade launch so far, but signs are all there that they plan an international release.
