unreachable NPC

there used to be a part in the fence where you can acces the back area, but it seems to be closed now
I walked all around the map, but there is no way to get to the NPC in the left corner anymore

Actually that npc is reachable just go all the way north and east and you will find the path that will lead you to that NPC.

sorry, I indeed overlooked that thread
I remember they send system messages out for wrong teleports, but didnt mention any other map related problems
should have figured that there was a thread for it, my bad
