uber pokemon?

I have a tough time distinguishing what people call "good" "uber" and "epic" i know my jolteon i just got from the awesome event has some good stats but dont know what to classify it as if anyone could help clear what iv's are considered good/uber/epic that would be  great thanks

Well,, thats a max HP jolteon with uber attack, uber sp. defence and uber speed,  overall most people would call that an uber jolteon, this one is a little tricky for overall though because its uber, but the defence and sp. attack arent really good.

so basically in veekun when its purple at the end = MAX
purple = uber
from green to purple = good
orange= bad

Not an uber. Should have 25 + in SP ATTACK and SPEED. Speed is fine, Sp attack is terrible. Those are the two reasons anyone wants a Jolteon in the first place... Other than for collecting purposes.
