I think if its possible to train My pokes with My other pokes. In Pokemon story and anime its possible, Just thinking it will be good idea to level up pokemons faster.what you think? and There can be Exp reward for pokemons in PVP battles too

Currently you can only train other Pokemon by switching during battle. PWO doesn't have held item system so exp.share is out of question here.
