Hey there.
What such a wonderful relaunch we have had this week. While it hasn't worked out as planned and hasn't kicked off without hiccups - we can definitely say that lessons have been learnt and changes are on-going (hopefully for the better for everyone).
Unfortunately one of these changes which is the password reset hasn't worked out so well in which a huge number of our users aren't receiving their emails. Please note that the staff are aware of this issue and that complaining around in the IRC won't help matters for yourself or the staff. We don't know when this issue will be resolved however we hope that it is as soon as possible. As usual the staff will try to keep you updated.
As for those looking to register, we're sorry but a decision has been made to temporary close registration until the problems with emails is cleared up. Don't ask when it's going to be reopened as we don't know and don't ask if there is another way around it as there isn't. I must also stress that sharing accounts can result in a ban.
As for the forum theme itself, work is still on-going from it based on feedback we have received from numerous users. If you have any suggestions or notice any problems, please make sure to make a post over in the correct project area of the Tracker.
Work is also currently on-going on a password changer for the Playerdex, I hope to have this online either tonight or tomorrow. Following that we hope to remove any other password changing features ingame and on the forums.
