The Blue Archipelago event

Once again I bring you a thread dedicated to compiling the spawns found in this event. Since /list is hidden again we need a community-wide effort to list what spawns are there (and if possible assumed tiers)
There's grass, fishing, and surfing here.
Here's what we know so far (in order from my assumed tier listing)

In the grass:
Pidgey, tangela, bellsprout, pidgeotto, dunsparce, sudowoodo, buizel and kangaskhan

Via fishing:
Goldeen, poliwag, remoraid, corsola, squirtle, and buizel.

Via surfing:
Karp, Mantine, Lapras

Not related to the spawns, but if anyone is stuck with this binnary thing, translate the code with this tool and write the letter it shows.
