Forever Naero. I can make this answer much longer, but I need to keep it under 140 characters ;D
Friendliest: The most friendly is a category I see as most approachable about any issues, and while he does not show his face too much in public and was staff in the past, Kaiko is my top list on this. Whenever Halo MCC starts working, I shall show him who is still top mrr in that game.
Funniest: You're all funny mrrs <,<

Best Debater: Quite sure that is still mad30. Everyone else doesn't really seem to be able to argue out of a fart compared to him.
Comeback Player of the Year: Arnie, is the player that I recall from long time ago, then seemingly apparated back into existence in 2014. Got into all sorts of mrrs, mostly Map tiles in his wicked skin. Good stuff, Arnie
Most Attractive Male: lel, don't really understand this part each year. That's for people perving on Faces of Pwo. to haggle over.
Most Attractive Female: Same as above
Most Talkative: Everyone talks a lot. I always listen to those on the Artist section moreso though (so I'd have to give that to Somes) Default Win \o\
Most Trustworthy: I'd still trust Dmon with my S Flygon.
Most Helpful (other than staff members): Julio~ is always a casual face inside the Player support topic, even meet and greet. All over giving out advice like free candy from a glowing red van done up by Xzibit.
Most Potential: Most potential... for what? I'd put Isguros down as most potential for a serial killer (i'm onto you <,<), and also put down Symbiosis as the one with most potential overall.
Most Missed (who parted from PWO this year but hasn't returned): People leave but stay right here.
Most Influential (good or bad, who made the biggest impact on the community this year?): Shane, clearly. Not much of a wide variety there

Most Intriguing: UW01 or whatever his name is now. Pinging all over the place like a pinball, bumpers being guilds and names. Think he started his own guild this year, then dropped out, then joined another, then started zooming through the artist section as a signature maker, then bounded around more as he came back down only to be shot back up again by the flippers.
Random Ribbon: Cait for being best burd.

Staff
Best Admin: Jinji does a lot more now than i've ever seen before, but quite sure it was Bluerise who set the bar for most things done in 2014.
Best DEV: Shane again. ThuGie does a lot of slow burning work, and Xan is [redacted], but 7 months later and I'm still filling in all the holes Shane has made for the content team (Artists, Mappers, Scripters, Composers). Nothing is restricted, the options are almost endless now compared to last year.
Best GM: Brennan. Didn't last as long as many other GM's, but has banned a small city by himself.
Best GE Artist: Carel: A year is a long time, and Carel did an amazing amount of work for PWO in less than half of that. She made all the sprites for the Chinese New year event back in February. In like a day or something insane.
Best GE Mapper: Donar. A lot to chose from as there were actually 5 or so different mappers this year and the new generation has only begun, but only Donar was engineered by scientists to map perfect, aesthetic maps on first try
Best GE Composer: Karasurokun wins this by default. He made me a music box though, so he completely wasted his effort to make me biased. Like voting in North Korea.
Best GE Scripter: Dalek gets this. Luminance was good, but so is Dalek. Hard to chose between them so I flipped a coin (sue me)
Best CG: Fonty gets this too. Naero was really close, as he had extra roles, but Fonty can fit a message onto twitter more concisely.
Best IRC Staff: Telume. But no one cares about this role anymore, it's not 2011 ;-;
Most Professional Staff: Krowe. Enough said.
Most Friendly Staff: Pansy is best atlas.
Most Dedicated Staff: Bluerise is in another league for dedication. FIX YOUR SLEEPING PATTERN LEE... AGAIN.
Most Honorable Former Staff: Honorable means they can be honored. Going to give that to Teck (sorry cait)

Trainers/Guilds
Toughest Battler: I literally battled no one on my player account this year except for Darcia... soooyeah
Best Collector: Manueloz was always out there trying to collect everything with massive amounts of temptation.
Most Dedicated Hunter: Every single botter who thinks they're unfindable ;p
Most Generous: Darcia
Best Businessman: Whoever used the playerdex correctly and got the cashback.
Best Daycare:
Strongest Guild: Blaze for sure ;p
Most Fun Guild: lolnotblaze. Voting for my own guild here and saying OblivionGael. ScrewtherulesIhavemoney
Top Guild Leader: Whoever is in charge of a guild that has an external site and has a bunch of people they call friends actively do their own made events ingame can claim this title.

Miscellaneous
Favorite NPC: The one that tried to drop the database by SQL was amusing, but I like those NPC's on the current event map (winter event) that are hidden inside trees to act as wild Pokemon battles.
Favorite Event: Chinese New year. I don't understand Halloween and it was 42c here during the winter one. CNY also landmarked like a billion maps being remapped so we could reuse tiles sheets.
Favorite Update: Playerdex. Call me biased but I can now sell and buy Pokemon on a market like it was back in 2011.
Most improved Pokemon (as a result of in game updates): Slaking. Stupid terror was finally nerfed with an ability update and I've never see (b99 no slaking) since people realised he was bad. Thank. The. Stars.
Most Shocking Moment: Bis being promoted to Admin

This is perhaps embarrassing to admit but even I have confused LunaticJames and Luminance in the past - so I don't blame you for the mistake UW01.

With work being extremely busy for me this week I doubt I have time to make any nominations this year myself; and I would struggle to think of nominations for many categories anyway as I spent very little time last year in-game - I was more active on the Forum or working on the server directly.
