Stuck At Cinnbar Island

I can't leave the island for these reason



i goto the cave and i glitch under the tiles , i goto route 21 and i have a black screen and im stuck untill staff move me , and when i go into the Gym i go under the tiles , and the Pokecenter and pokemart don't make me glitch. its just those
