Making a post here as well (also in complaint box) not sure where exact it belong , Staff guy locked where it is inappropriate and help me with the issue

i m facing a big issue that i when i try to log in it stucks at the authentication takes a lot of time as this way neither goes in neither gimme a error message
my client version is also latest 1.97
recently just to check i tried to connect over the wifi and it worked fine for me
this problem started suddenly over the ethernet connection which is my main sole connection to acces the game it gives me this error, i cant have access to wifi all the time so somebody please come up and fix my this issue wud be grateful

PS: i m wondering is it something to do with my IP that comes with ethernet connection cux over the wifi ip changes and it works please fix it for me...
