Starting over, is it possible?

I would like to reset my account and start at the beginning again, is this possible?
While looking for some information on it, i read something about a GM being able to assist, but i can't find any information on that.
Is this possible? And if so, how would i achieve that?

(I want to start over to change starter pokemon, took Charmander, want to start with Bulbasaur)

You can try to buy it from another player or trade your char for a bulbausaur

You can't trade right from the start, can you? I know in the gameboy version you needed 5 badges or something before you could start trading.

You can't, no. You will need to get to the union rooms located in Saffron or Goldenrod.
