Hi guys, thought I'd write up a simple step-by-step guide for those who are doing the event. Please correct anything that is wrong.
First of all, you need to travel to Silver Town. You could do this by using Aerial Tram or Train System. More info:

When you're in Silver Town, walk into the PokeCenter and speak to the NPC named "Adh". To understand what Adh says, you need a Psychic type pokemon with 25+ SpAtk IVs, and this pokemon needs to be leading your party (i.e. has to be in 1st slot).
He will ask you to find 2 Magical Clovers in Route 28. You can do this by interacting with every tree you see on Route 28. In other words, you need to face every tree in Route 28 and hit Spacebar until you find 2 Magical Clovers.
After you've done that, return to Adh. He will ask you to find these items. Instructions on how to find them are provided in brackets.
- 5 Shiny Rocks (Faint wild Diglett/Dugtrio in Diglett's Cave B2F)
- 5 Wild Mushrooms (Faint wild Paras in Diglett's Cave B2F)
- 1 Quartz (http://pwo-wiki.info/index.php?title=Mt ... artz_Quest)
- 1 Moon Stone (Can be bought from Celadon City Department Store, Mt.Moon, Dark Cave West and Token Store)
- 1 Horsea Scale (Wild Horsea drop them upon fainting in Whirl Islands ONLY)
- 20 Stolen Merchendises (Faint wild Sentrets on Route 29)
- 1 Dimensional Debris (Faint wild Arbok in Silver Town)

After you've gathered these items, speak to Adh and he'll tell you that somebody has stolen the Magical Clovers. To get them back, go to Route 34 with level 30 or less Pokemon in your party as you will need to battle. On Route 34, travel south through the water you see on the left side of the map by surfing. Once you reach the land, you will see a building with an NPC in front of it. Speak to the NPC who has stolen the Magical Clovers, and you will have a battle with him (you need lvl 30 or less Pokemon).
The NPC has a Level 17 Lickilicky, Level 19 Scyther, Level 22 Xatu, Level 29 Exploud and a Level 60 Ditto.
Once you have won the battle, return to Silver Town PC and speak to Adh. He will ask you where to place the items, and this is an important part:
Disclaimer: This sequence may not work for some. It has worked for me, and a few others, but there are people who have said it didn't work for them. So you're the one to decide what to do, good luck!
Wild Mushrooms, Shiny Rocks and Stolen Merchandises need to be placed AROUND the clover.
Horse Scale, Moon Stone, Quartz and Dimensional Debris need to be placed ON the clover.
Also thanks to the help from Lvl100, if you fail this procedure the first time, you need to do it like this the second time:

Upon completing this, Adh will reward you with 2 vouchers!

Adh will also tell you that there are wild Weepinbell on Route 44 who are holding Tomato Sandwiches. Adh will reward you with 3000 pokedollars per Tomato Sandwich.
